Control Units

Control units without HMI can operate in integrated systems and are adaptable to different standards.

Masi Conditioners works with its partners to offer solutions that have already been developed and validated, or to be developed according to customer specifications.

In addition, we can provide just the hardware (and the customer can apply their own SW) or we can provide a complete solution with customised software.

 

SCM Single Can Module Control Unit:

The Single CAN Module is designed to manage various functions of the vehicle's air conditioning system, such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning, air recirculation, defrost function, etc.

This unit was developed to offer maximum flexibility and to communicate with a central control HMI display/panel, it is equipped with a CAN interface.

 

 

CCM Control Module:

Control module applications:

• Control HVAC/ Thermal Management systems with fully customisable strategies and algorithms.
• To control customer-specific systems on demand.
• To control high/low loads up to 500mA, with diagnostics on each output.
• To communicate via CAN-Bus (J1939 full stack available on request, other protocols on request with configurable baud rate, UDS supported on request, Network Management supported on request, sleep function available/reset via CAN compatible).
• To communicate via LIN, adaptable master or slave.
• To connect multiple ECUs to allow input/output extensions on demand.
• To generate multiple PWM signals to drive specific equipment such as electronic blower controllers, electric compressors, condenser fans, electric heaters etc.
